Room Capacity - 380

$1500.00 Non Refundable Deposit due at time of  booking.

 Food & guest minimums apply.

Food minimum $14.95 per person.

Menu decision due 2 weeks prior to event.

Final count & full payment due 2 weeks (14 days) prior.

Food and bar prices are guaranteed only within the year of the event. 

Cash bar available.  See representative for weekend requirements.

Children's meals are available for 8 years & under upon request. 

Children's meals are not available for buffets.

Your traditional wedding cake, table favors and decoration are welcome.

Skirted tables available for cake, gift, check in and head tables.

No outside caterers allowed.

Miscellaneous Charges

6 hours room rental  and linens for year 2010- $ 900.00. 

Decorating time $ 75.00 per hour, day of event only.

Ceremony time available @ $150.00 /hr

White table linens with a choice of white or burgundy  napkins are included in room fee. 

Other napkin/cloth colors are available.

Audi / Video equipment available for  $50.00 on-site only

A service charge will be added to menu items as well as Minnesota state sales tax and Washington county tax. 

Payment due in full 14 days prior to your event.

"Day of" charges to be paid with Credit Card, Cash or Cashier Checks only.
